The question that’s probably buzzing in your head… “How much are we talking about for each deal?”

The “Tour to Close

As you might have guessed, we love to reward those who work with us fairly and ethically. That’s why the base, one-time commission we offer for each closed deal is $900.

However, we recognize and reward realtors who demonstrate professionalism and maintain long-term collaborations with us by increasing their commission to $950, and later to $1000 per closed deal.

The commission is set high to ensure that the 1% of visits that don’t go through are easily “covered” by the remaining 99%.

The “Investor Gold

For the “premium” collaboration, as we mentioned earlier, you will earn your standard commission (just as if you were representing one of the parties) – paid by the buyer.

Since you are representing an investor you’ve worked with before, this puts you in a highly favorable position: the investor will be happy to pay the commission because they trust you as their go-to realtor.

Additionally, if you want to speed up the process, you can organize group walkthroughs with your investors. This allows you to save time and maximize opportunities by leveraging the efficiency of having multiple interested buyers in the same visit.

As for the number of deals assigned, we can’t guarantee a monthly minimum due to the variability of the properties we acquire month by month. However, we can assure you that we’ll always distribute the available deals fairly among the realtors working with us (naturally, considering the professionalism and availability of each agent).

Let’s Talk About The Legal Terms: Contracts And Obligations When Working With Us!

Unlike what you’re probably thinking, there’s absolutely no binding commitment in this type of collaboration with us!

In fact, to ensure greater flexibility for both you and us, each individual transaction will be handled separately. Of course, to ensure you get paid your commission promptly at the end of each deal, everything will be documented in the property sales contract and fully managed by a trusted Title Company (also based in Dallas!) – paid entirely by us WITHOUT any costs to your clients.
